stuff

Sorry for neglecting the blog. I've been pretty busy lately. My boss gave me a few experiments to try to see if a collaboration between us and another lab on this one project would work. The experiments didn't turn out the way we wanted them to. I'm a little bummed but the results are clear so I feel like I did my job. I'm on to the next project, hopefully this one will turn out better. Anyway here's some stuff from the past month or so.

went to Mendocino a few weeks ago. It's about 3 hours north of SF. It's a nice place but a little too young couplely.

















waves would crash into this hole in the side of the cliff and water would spray everywhere but everytime I filmed it the waves sucked.



went on like a 3 hour hike in russian gultch





















there was an awesome waterfall

















made some amazing chos the other day. They almost beat chilli's but I didn't have the cheese/refried bean ratio just right.


















Leslie and I went to a basketball game, Dallas Mavericks vs. golden state warriors. It was my first time. All in all it was pretty good. During timeouts crazy shit would happen. One time the mavericks called a time out and all the screens started flashing "PIZZA DASH!!" and dudes dressed as chefs came running out with pizza boxes and gave them to the fans who seemed the most stoked. I also had some really good garlic fries. If you ask me the big white german guy on the mavericks doesn't really live up to the hype of having a life size statue of him at the mall in dallas. There was this little dude on the gsw's that was f'ing amazing. He's offically my favorite basketball player, but I can't remember his name. Mavericks won.
